3. User Accounts
To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information when registering.
- Maintain the security of your password and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
- Take responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
- Not transfer your account to any other person.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Send spam, phishing attempts, or malicious content.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Transmit viruses, malicious code, or any code of a destructive nature.

5. Intellectual Property

6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or transmit through the Services. By submitting content you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the Services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain Services require a paid subscription. If you subscribe:
- Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the period.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AiCompany.bg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you is limited to the amounts paid by you for the Services in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
